Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, non-transferable license to access course content for your personal, non-commercial use. Do not reproduce or redistribute course materials without permission.

4. Community standards

Be respectful. Do not harass, spam, or share misleading content. We may moderate or remove content that violates these standards.

5. Payments and refunds

Prices are listed in USD and may change. Self-paced courses include a 7-day satisfaction window. Cohort refunds are pro-rated before the second live session. Contact [email protected] for assistance.

6. Disclaimers

We provide educational content about growing and culinary use of herbs. We do not provide medical, health, or financial advice. Results vary based on environment and effort.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SmartRiver Herb Guild will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for claims related to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the event.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Termination
